Drop Off Times:
- ALL DELIVERIES are done on FRIDAY. Enjoy an extra day at NO extra cost!
- We give you a 1-hour time frame between 10am-7pm that we will arrive.
- Please let us know if you need to request a specific delivery time on Friday.
- We apologize but we no longer do day-of-use only rentals.
- Event reminder email with your one-hour delivery window will be emailed to you by the Thursday prior to your event date.
Pick Up Times:
- At setup we will discuss pickup and give you a 1-hour time frame that we will arrive for pickup.
- Any pickups requested after 8pm will be charged a $50 late pickup fee.
- Overnight and weekend rentals are only allowed in fenced, secured yards.
- No driveways, front yards, or parks/green spaces overnight.
- Please let us know if you have any of these prohibited areas so we can schedule same day pickup.
Description:
- Two riders can play at a time as they race through 5 different elements!
- Riders start off by going through the entrance (1) tunnels, than cross the (2) horizontal popups and around the (3) standing popups, now riders cross up and over the (4) climbing wall and slide down the (5) slide.
- Note: this is a DRY unit only.

Drop Off Times:
- We give you a 1-hour time frame between 7am-2pm that we will arrive. Your party's start time is taken into account and the unit will be set up 1 hour before your start time.

- You can request a specific drop off time frame and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Park rentals are accommodated at their specific drop off time as requested, you must remain with the unit at all times during a park rental, no unattended units at parks!
- EVENT REMINDER EMAIL with your drop off window will be emailed to you 2 days prior to the event date.
