Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned with commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfecting agents, and then sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, turf, small gravel, dirt, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be set up on. Inflatables that are setup on grass or dirt are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

We accept many forms of payment including credit/debit cards, cash, venmo, and zelle.

Payment is due in full upon delivery/setup of the unit. No money is due prior to delivery but you may pay anytime you wish between booking the rental and delivery.

No deposits are required at this time. We respectfully request for advance notice of any cancellations as soon as possible. Please email, call or text us with any change of plans as soon as you know.

We monitor the weather and if it looks like rain/weather may be an issue over the rental period we will contact the customer ahead of time to see if they still want the rental. Once a unit is delivered and set up no refunds will be issued due to weather. We are very understanding and generous however and will try to figure out a solution that works for all parties.

We have inflatable options that are big enough for kids and adults alike. However, we have some units that are built for those 10 years of age and younger, so be sure to ask if you are unsure if your unit is adult-sized or not.

Yes, a 1-2hp blower is included in the rental. You provide the power source, and we will plug the blower into it with our included extension cord. If the location does not have accessible power, we do offer generators for rent for an additional fee also.

Please ensure that the pathway to get from the road to your backyard/setup location is clear of obstructions, trash cans, toys, hoses, lumber, obstacles, etc.

Please put any pets inside so they don’t hurt our crew or accidentally escape.

Pick out the setup area you desire. Ensure set up area is free of obstructions, large holes, large rocks, sharp objects, pet feces, and sprinkler heads.

Please do not mow right before delivery, or if you do mow please remove the grass clippings from the setup area. Fresh cut grass stains the bouncer and grass clippings stick to everything!
