Drop Off Times:

• We give you a 1-hour time frame between 7am-2pm that we will arrive. Your party's start time is taken into account and the unit will be set up at least 1 hour before your start time.
  • 7-8am
  • 8-9am
  • 9-10am
  • 10-11am
  • 11am-12pm
  • 12pm-1pm
  • 1pm-2pm
• You can request a specific drop off time frame and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
• Park rentals are accommodated at their specific drop off time as requested, you must remain with unit at all times during a park rental, no unattended units at parks!
• Event reminder email with your drop off window will be emailed to you 2 days prior to the event date.

Pick Up Times:

• At setup we will discuss pickup and give you a 1-hour time frame that we will arrive for pickup.
• Any pickups requested after 9pm will be charged a $50 late pickup fee.
• If set up location is in a secure, fenced area; the unit will be left overnight for pick up the following day.
