Drop Off Times:
- We give you a 1 hour time frame between 7:30am-1:30pm that we will arrive.
- 7:30-8:30am
- 8:30-9:30am
- 9:30-10:30am
- 10:30-11:30am
- 11:30-12:30pm
- 12:30-1:30pm
- Your party's start time is taken into account and the unit will be set up at least 30 minutes before your start time.
- You can request a specific drop off time frame and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Park rentals are accommodated at their specific drop off time as requested, you must remain with unit at all times during a park rental, no unattended units at parks!
- Event reminders with your drop off window will be emailed to you 2 days prior to the event date.
Pick Up Times:
- At setup we will discuss pickup and give you a 1 hour time frame between 5:30pm-8:30pm that we will arrive for pickup.
- Any pickups requested after 9pm will be charged a $50 late pickup fee.
- Park rentals must be picked up by 6pm; any park rental pickup requested after 6pm will incur a $50 late pickup fee.
